Hong Kong March 30, 2007 - National Geographic
Channel, National Geographic Wild and A1 will launch on the digital TV service
operated by Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (HKBN) on April 1, 2007. The
non-exclusive carriage agreement extends National Geographic Channel's reach to
more Hong Kong audiences, making it the first documentary channel to be
available on all four Hong Kong Pay-TV platforms, that serve a combined total
of over 1.30 million households.
Zubin Gandevia, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of National

Asian business, and together with the successful launch of the National

National Geographic Channel (channel number 306), National Geographic Wild
(channel number 303) and A1 (channel number 305) will be available to Hong Kong
viewers from April 1, 2007 onward on HKBN digital TV platform.
