NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL SHARES KEY LEARNINGS FROM THE WORLD'S MOST PHENOMENAL VIRAL OUTBREAKS

National Geographic Channel's NAT GEO INVESTIGATES
Presents a Four Sunday specials at 10.00 pm, Starting 23 March 2008

 

20 March 2008, Hong Kong - National Geographic Channel Asia today announced the special telecast on the NAT GEO INVESTIGATES slot, a four Sunday specials to take a close up look at the rise, the mutation and the spread of the microkillers that can reach a pandemic scale, threatening our survival. The special telecast is in response to the recent influenza outbreak in Hong Kong as well as the avian flu that threatened China, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar.

The special two-hour NAT GEO INVESTIGATES slot will air on every Sunday at 10.00 pm (HKG/SGP/MAL) exclusively on National Geographic Channel starting 23 March 2008. The two back-to-back documentary specials will include Super Flu and Danger Virus airing on 23 March; Race Against the Killer Flu and Super Germs on 30 March; Outbreak Investigation: Killer in Room 911 and Killer Pigs on 6 April and Riddles of the Dead: Plague Hunters and Super Flu on 13 April.
