Channel Asia is pleased to announce that National Geographic
Television (NGT), which supplies the core of its programming,
is the proud winner of seven new Emmy Awards.
To celebrate the event, National Geographic Channel
Asia will showcase five of this year's awarded programs
on "Saturday Unlimited: 2001 Emmy Winners,"
on November 3rd, 8pm to 11:30pm (HK/Sin/Twn and India

These seven News & Documentary Emmys brings National Geographic's
Emmy total to an unprecedented 116 Emmy awards over its thirty-seven
year history. National Geographic films had received a total
of 13 News & Documentary Emmys for this year's race.
